Description

Investigate/Fix why TrackInfo panel it is being exhibited steadily on the screen (disappears and reappears, while it should remain constant on the screen for the entire time of track selection)
(Noticed after Contabo server maintenance, maybe is related with performance issues, the code shall be robust enough to prevent this situation)

The problem was not about latency.
We had two instances of TrackHandler running, one in production and one in local mode, both sharing the same Kafka topics, creating the mess.
In the scope of Kafka broker migration, we will split the topic environments to have one dedicated only for tests.
